HEDI LAIGAR
HATHA YOGA TEACHER,
BHAKTI YOGA PRACTICIONER
Hedi Laigar
In addition to my profession as a civil engineer, my soul began to look for something more in 2012, when I opened the door to the so-called spiritual world for the first time. In 2013, I completed the Hatha Yoga Teacher Program at Agama Yoga School in Thailand. Thanks in large part to the yoga and tantra practices I experienced there, I developed a passion for the magic of being a woman and it carried me from one course to another. I took Mystical Dance Teacher Training, Advance Mystical Dance Teacher Training and Shakti Spirit Teacher Training under the guidance of Monika Nataraj.
In 2014, my life took me to India, where I met Guruji Maharaj. Guruji has given me his blessing for the work of mantras, sacred geometry and fire rituals. I am a senior student of Guruji and have been initiated to pass on authentic right hand (non-sexual) tantra.
In 2021, I completed the pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum period and maternal yoga teacher course “Sacred Woman, Infinite Mother” under the guidance of Sukhdev Kaur, the founder of the Kundalini Yoga and Humanology School, and currently the kundalini yoga teacher course is in progress at the same school.
An important part of my self-development practice has found a way out through music. I love to sing bhajans (devotional songs) as a practitioner of bhakti yoga, and together with my sister Ida Adele Raneli Ruul, we share our songs and music as part of RAHE TõeSadhu.
All this experience and knowledge has shown me the way to my true nature and has filled me with faith. Believing that everything is energy, I am also energy, I am LIFE, I am everything and I am nothing.
READ HEDI'S EXPERIENCES IN TANTRA HERE:
What was your first tantric experience?
I have to admit that the word "tantra" came into my vocabulary for the first time due to the desire to broaden my horizons in the field of intimate life. My first push to open the door to sex as a possible spiritual practice was the course “The Highway to God” under the guidance of Johan Ekenberg, author of the book of the same name.
What tantric practices do you always have with you?
The practice of consecration is most ingrained in me. I send a sanctification in every day and in all my deeds, and at the same time I ask for guidance and blessings from on high. That is the foundation of everything.
If you could do tantric practice with a famous person, who would it be and why?
Thinking about the other side of the border, it would be a great honor to practice non-sexual Tibetan Buddhist tantra with His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
What do you think is the most tantric film?
Even in every cartoon, there is something tantric about it, it just depends on the point of view. The last time I went to the cinema was to watch the animation Encanto and before that the romantic comedy "Marry Me".
BHAJAN - chanting of sacred mantras
Singing bhajans is one of the ways of practicing bhakti yoga through which one can attain complete liberation.
Bhakti yoga is a natural and sincere search for God / self, which begins in love, continues only in love and ends only in love. The love of a true devotee or yoga practitioner is passionate madness for God, by the way of which all else disappears. The whole universe is full of love for him. A practitioner of devotion sees God in everything and attributes the qualities of God to every person he meets.
Singing Bhajans is one way to express one's devotion to the highest. The word Bhajan comes from Sanskrit, referring to reverence and glorification of God, and also to sharing. Bhajan can be any form of song dedicated to God. The most common is to sing familiar mantras. In practice, it is important to cultivate a divine elevated emotional connection with the highest.
